Corina Lorenzi, founder and director of Elite Success Strategies, started her career in Foreign Trade in 1996 in Germany and successfully climbed the corporate ladder thanks to her natural ability to achieve and perform at the highest standards. During this time, working in direct rapport with CEOs, Corina was able to identify the needs that many executives experience in order to be able to perform at their full potential as a way to make the organisations thrive as a whole. At the same time, she developed strong relationships with her stakeholders, allowing her to see opportunities and growth potential for these companies.
For this purpose, Corina developed Elite Success Strategies, which focuses in Leadership Development, Team Dynamics, Sales Team and Performance Training. Her mission is to help Business Owners and Leaders create organisations in which employees love working. Only then, employees contribute with their full potential and participate in their team’s success. This then automatically translates to higher profits for companies and their shareholders.
After undertaking further studies with internationally acclaimed coaches and mentors, Corina became a sought-after Business & Executive Coach recognised by the International Coach Federation and a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) Practitioner.
Through the use of proven techniques and methodologies, employed by world leading Business and Executive Coaches, including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and DISC profiling, Corina empowers business owners and leaders to engage with stakeholders with greater success, and achieve real and sustainable success.
